RETURN
You always have the right to return items purchased on our online shop within 14 days of receiving the package, as provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Return procedure
The shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the customer, who may use a courier of their choice.
The items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition.
Once we have received the return and verified the integrity of the product, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
Defective or non-compliant products
If the product has obvious defects or non-conformities, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by Scarpe & Sport.
Size exchange
For size exchanges, a fee of €10.00 is required.
